Centrally located in Downtown Des Moines and minutes from the Des Moines International Airport, the Iowa Events Center provides a state-of-the-art facility that boasts the state’s largest ballroom. We will be holding our meeting in the Community Choice Convention Center. The convention center is connected to the Hilton Des Moines Downtown via a skywalk.

Parking is available north of the Iowa Events Center with entrances off the following streets:

• 3rd Street
• 5th Avenue
• Crocker Street

The Iowa Events Center surface parking lots offer the closest and most convenient access to the facility, with easy access to I-235 and other major routes after the event. ADA-accessible parking is available by entering the lot south of Crocker Street, next to Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center. Parking for cars and trucks is $12 per day. Overnight parking is not available.

* Please be advised that our room block at the Hilton is currently sold out. Other area hotels can be booked by visiting hotels.com, Googlemaps and other travel websites. Rooms may become available at the Hilton as other guests modify and change their reservations.
