When and where is the Mortgage Conference?

The 2026 Mortgage Conference will be held Oct. 26-28 at the Community Choice Convention Center, located within the Iowa Events Center at 730 3rd Street, Des Moines, Iowa. 

Is there a registration fee?

No. The Mortgage Conference is for FHLB Des Moines members only and is free of charge. Travel and accommodations are not included and are the responsibility of each attendee.

Can I attend the conference virtually?

Yes. All keynotes and breakout sessions will be livestreamed. Simply select the virtual attendance option when registering.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual. We encourage you to dress comfortably. You may also want to bring a light layer, as conference rooms can vary in temperature. 

Will there be a wellness/lactation room available at the event? 

A private wellness and lactation room will be available for attendees. Please visit the check-in desk upon arrival for location details and access information.

Will there be a mobile app for the conference?

Yes. A conference app is available for all registered attendees. More information will be shared closer to the event.

Who do I contact to change to my registration?

You can update your registration by clicking the Modify Registration link in your registration confirmation email. If you need additional assistance, please contact fhlbdmevents@meetings-incentives.com.

For the best possible experience, a download bandwidth of 4.8 Mbps is needed to see live streams in full HD (1080p). Attendees will require a minimum download bandwidth of 1.5 Mbps in order to see the stream in low resolution (360p).
