How to Calculate MPF Xtra Extension Fees

• There is always a fee for an extension
• Fees are calculated using the pass-through rate/net interest - Note rate less the servicing fee of .25%.

         Note                              6.25%
         Less servicing fee        .25%
        = Pass-through rate 6.00% or .0600

         .0600 x $200,000.00 = $12,000.00 / 360 = $33.33 per day
