Important Program Timeframes - MPF Traditional Released to IBMC

• The loan must fund on or prior to the lock expiration date.
• IBMC Manual says the loan must be sold to MPF at the earlier of 10 days from closing with the borrower or the loan expiration date. 
• The custody file must be delivered to and certified by the MPF Document Custodian within 7 calendar days of being purchased by MPF. 
• Electronically upload the servicing file to IBMC within 7 calendar days of being purchased by MPF.
• PFI will retain the original mortgage file. 
• Within 90 days, deliver the original trailing/final documents (ship originals or deliver electronically).
