Brad Meader

Brad brings more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage and finance industry as Senior Mortgage Relationship Manager. He served 12 years in community financial institution lending positions and has spent more than 20 years in multiple mortgage-related roles with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines.

“Over my two decades involvement with the Bank’s mortgage programs I’ve witnessed the variety of ways that our members leverage the value we deliver through Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF) to support and grow their mortgage business.  Those new and longtime relationships truly are a partnership and the track record of shared success is a testament to our members.”

Brad and his wife have three children, with a couple more years of college remaining for the youngest. He enjoys watching them grow in their chosen fields and endeavors, and is learning to transition to the “trusted advisor” role with his kids. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and turning the wrench on vintage car restoration and upkeep.
